How is subscription better than a regular agency or full-time designer?

How to make design requests?

Once you subscribe, you'll get access to your own Trello board where you can add new design tasks, check on progress, and collaborate seamlessly. Just add a new card with design brief (it could be a google doc, a loom video, just text with description or anything else that suits you) and we'll get to work. If there will be any question from our end (and there probably will), we'll comment on the card or set up a quick call, if it's a large request. All this process will be explained in detail during onboarding!

Can i hire you to design for multiple clients for my agency?

Definitely! We love to work with agencies. Our subscription is not limited to the amount of your clients, we can work with them all under a single subscription, completing one or two requests at a time, depending on your plan.

How do i receive designs?

In your Trello board, each card with a request that you add has a comment section where communication around this request will be happening. That's where we'll update you on the progress, ask questions, receive your feedback and notify you when your design is complete.

You'll have your own Figma file (a software we use for design) with all the designs and a Google Drive where all approved files will be uploaded and stored.
